The air suspension system is prone to getting flooded with oil from the air compressor, which is actually an adapted A/C compressor turned to an air compressor. Draining the air tanks can yield a about a few quarts of "milkshake" (oil & water emulsion).
If you are around to catch them, there is a set of E-350 Fords that are for the para-transit "Lift" service that are nicer to work on and don't have the air suspension system.
